Introduce Yourself / AreYou a Science or Humanities Person?
The major I am studying at LaGuardia is Liberal Arts Mathematics and Science. My educational plans is to transfer to the College of the Ozarks and take Animal Science as a major. My goal is to become a wildlife biologist. As you can see I am more into science. In high school I was in the agriculture program, in which I learned about animals in class and worked with them on the field. One summer I worked on the school's farm, where I managed the farm, and cared for four alpacas, two goats and two cats.I believe that scientist and humanists have a lot of meaningful things to say to each other. Some of the roots of humanism derrive from views of scientist. I think that people in the U.S. have a clue of what science is, but i wouldn't say they are scientific.
